What To Expect
We are a fast-moving startup in the cold email infrastructure space – we innovate quickly and scale with a steep trajectory. We're hiring a Financial Operations Specialist to help our leadership team maintain a holistic and accurate overview of finances at each stage of our growth.
You'll own our financial documentation and have oversight over supplier payments and service delivery. This means ensuring every transaction is properly documented, payments are made correctly and on time, and every service we pay for is delivered as promised.
You don't need to know cold email yet.
You do need sharp attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
This role starts full-time to help us catch up and establish solid processes. As we stabilize, hours may flex down to 16–20 per week – then scale back up as the company grows in complexity.
If you're hungry to grow, this role has a clear path: from clean books to financial strategy – analyzing unit economics, modeling growth scenarios, and advising leadership on financial decisions with 1x in, 67x out impact.
What You'll Do
Own Financial Documentation – Ensure all income and expenses have relevant documentation. Every inflow, every outflow – accounted for and audit-ready.
Oversee Supplier Payments & Delivery – Ensure obligations are paid on time and correctly, and that services are delivered as described.
Build Financial Foundations – Help establish the processes and systems that will scale with us as the company grows.
Grow With Us – As complexity increases, so will your responsibilities. This role expands alongside the business.
What You'll Bring
Experience working in startups – you understand the pace, the ambiguity, and the ownership required
Strong attention to detail – nothing slips through the cracks
Proactive communication – you follow up, you clarify, you close loops
Comfort with flexible arrangements – full-time initially, with hours that adapt to business needs
Knowledge of Hong Kong company requirements is appreciated, but not required
